Dave is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, as well as providing overall leadership and direction to the growth and execution of the Vangent Human Capital Division. Throughout his 15 years at Vangent, he has successfully held positions of increasing responsibility in both operations and sales. Dave's hard work has earned him the reputation of a hands-on and passionate leader, who thoroughly understands all aspects of Human Capital Management (HCM) and workforce effectiveness. He is widely known in the industry for his strong customer-centric leadership and management philosophy, as well as his track record in helping organizations deliver exceptional results through learning, workforce development and talent management. In addition to his leadership role at Vangent Human Capital Division, Dave also serves as a member of the overall Vangent, Inc. Leadership Team.

Prior to his current assignment, Dave served as a Division President with FTKnowledge/Forum, where he led the Corporate Training and Development practice.  His previous executive assignment was with Interactive Media Corporation, where he served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager, leading sales and operations across the pharmaceutical, high-tech, and financial services markets.

Dave has more than 15 years of experience in the human capital development field; as well as 10 years of honorable service in the United States Naval Submarine Force, where he specialized in communications and training. He holds a bachelor of science degree in education and workforce development from Southern Illinois University.
