Julia brings 15 years of consulting, program direction, and operational leadership to her role as Vice President of Talent Management Solutions.  In this capacity, Julia leads the product development and product management functions.  The product development team focuses on leveraging our strengths in behavioral science, deploying targeted technology for process automation, and providing meaningful consulting guidance to help clients achieve rapid measurable results from their talent management initiatives.

Over the last 8 years, Julia has held senior leadership positions with Pearson Performance Solutions, Forum Corporation, and Interactive Media Corporation.  She has led operational delivery of performance consulting, instructional design, and courseware production services and strategic curriculum product development initiatives in the areas of management, leadership, sales, and service skills.  In prior years, Julia held managerial and practitioner positions in management development, instructional design, and human resource management.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marymount University, and has earned the Human Capital Institute's Human Capital Strategist (HCS) designation.
