Mike has spent his entire career working with clients in the field of learning and organizational development (OD). He has in-depth knowledge of how learning solutions and OD strategies can and do impact an organization's performance and bottom line. He has honed these skills through years of working with a wide variety of Fortune 1000 clients, as well as governmental organizations.

Mike is currently the Vice President of Learning Solutions within Vangent's Human Capital Division overseeing both the commercial and government sectors. In this capacity, he is responsible for the practice's business development, project management, and line operations functions and has ultimate profit / loss responsibility. Mike also serves as executive account oversight for our clients. He works closely with the Vangent Human Capital team of instructional designers and technologists to ensure they are working effectively to meet the needs of our clients. To ensure that Vangent's Human Capital Division remains a leader in its field, Mike also provides the vision and strategic focus to advance the Learning Solutions Practice.

Prior to joining Vangent, Mike held various business development and management positions at IBM Learning Services and The Forum Corporation. Mike graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree.
