Pre-Qualification

Pre-qualification of candidates is determined by administering job-specific, minimum requirement questions regarding availability, experience, salary requirements and other pertinent information. Examples may include, 'Are you available to work nights and weekends?' or 'Are you able to lift at least 25 pounds?' Candidates deemed 'competitive' proceed to the next portion of the application event.
