Job Competency Analysis

From an organizational perspective, the Job Competency Analysis identifies employees' core competencies (across multiple disciplines) that are needed for successful performance. Vangent's process for operationalizing an organization's core values, delivers behavioral indicators for benchmarking performance. These benchmarks provide a means for objective measurement, which can determine an employee's fit.
