Leadership Opinion Questionnaire (LOQ)

The LOQ instrument can help select supervisory and management employees, evaluate management training programs, assess managerial style for performance appraisal programs, and train new managers. This instrument provides a self-report measure of two important dimensions of supervisory leadership.

Dimensions of Measurement:

  • Consideration - Degree of rapport, mutual trust, and two-way communication with subordinates.
