Sales Aptitude Test

The Sales Aptitude Test helps assess behavioral and personality characteristics that are indicative of success in sales positions. Test items were written to help measure eight traits that may be important to success in sales.

Percentile norms for experienced full-time salespeople and sales managers are provided.

Validation studies conducted on the Sales Aptitude Test have found it to be related to job performance.
